Our 5 Day Kakadu 4WD Expedition is for nature lovers and those who want to take their time to discover the hidden treasures of Kakadu National Park and really get away from the crowds. We visit all the areas offered on our 4 Day Kakadu Experience, including Graveside Gorge, but with the addition of Koolpin Gorge, a designated "Wilderness Zone".

Both Koolpin Gorge and Graveside Gorge are restricted areas that Wilderness 4WD Adventures have Special Permits for along with only one and two other tour companies respectively. As you can imagine, Kakadu is an extremely popular tourist destination and people are often surprised at how busy many destinations are within the Park. On this tour you'll get plenty of opportunity to really feel the isolation and be able to swim in beautiful waterholes with hardly anyone else around. This really is the best possible way to experience such a wondrous National Park.

As with the 3 and 4 Day tours, we include an exclusive Aboriginal cultural experience by visiting the Kakadu Culture Camp which is owned and operated by local Aboriginal people. Get an insight into their way of life, their culture, dreamtime stories as well as some hands on experience weaving, spear throwing or have a crack playing the didgeridoo.
