How to make a booking

1: Online Booking
The easiest way to book is via our secure online booking service where we can process your booking promptly. Tours can be booked online using the BOOK THIS TOUR NOW link on each tour page, or simply select the tour from the list below:

2: Phone and Online Bookings
Make your reservations directly with Wilderness 4WD Adventures by calling us on 1300 666 100 or booking online (see above). Phone bookings require you to supply your credit details which will only be used as security for the tour you have booked. If you wish to pay for your tour on the day of departure using a credit card, please be aware they attract a merchant fee of 2%. Bookings can also be made online easily (see above) where the credit card supplied will be charged within 7 days of making your reservation. Online bookings paid for by credit card do not have any additional merchant fee charges.

3: Travel Agent Booking
You can make reservations also through your travel agent or hostel tour desk. You will be required to pay a deposit or the full price depending upon whether the agent is authorised by us to collect full payments. If your agent only takes a deposit you will be required to supply your credit card details which will be used to take the balance payment at the time of booking.

Other booking information

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a tour (excluding Kimberley) more than 14 days prior to departure, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, 8-14 days notice = 25% cancellation fee, 3-7 days notice = 50% cancellation fee, 0-3 days notice = 100% cancellation fee. Kimberley tours and private charters have a 25% cancellation fee prior to 30 days, a 50% cancellation fee prior to 14 days and 100% cancellation fee if within 14 days of departure. The credit card supplied will be charged with the appropriate fees at the time of cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: If you have booked through a travel agent, they may also have their own policies regarding additional cancellation fees applicable. Please discuss these directly with your travel agent.

Travel Insurance
Wilderness 4WD Adventures recommends that all passengers have their own travel insurance. Travel insurance is not expensive and can be obtained from your travel agent or direct from Wilderness 4WD Adventures.

The Fine Print
Wilderness 4WD Adventures accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal articles including luggage. Persons taking tours should be of reasonable health and fitness. Wilderness 4WD Adventures will not be held responsible for any personal injury to clients due to actions beyond our control. Subject to road and weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances and mechanical failure, Wilderness 4WD Adventures reserves the right to change itineraries and arrange alternative carriers if necessary. Any costs incurred by a passenger as a result of a delay on any tour including failure to make connections with any other service, are the responsibility of the passenger. Wilderness 4WD Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of persons required (5 persons) for a tour are not met, in such cases full refunds will be given.
